NYP泵是(shi)容積式内齧合(hé)齒輪泵，主動齒(chǐ)輪（外轉子）帶動(dong)被動齒輪（内轉(zhuan)子）旋轉時，不斷(duàn)産生🏒封閉的空(kong)間，在吸油區齒(chǐ)輪逐漸脫離齧(nie)合🌐而液體不斷(duan)地充滿齒間并(bìng)被帶到出油區(qu)，齒輪在出油區(qu)進入齧合時液(ye)❓體被排出。兩個(ge)旋轉齒輪的共(gong)同作用，形成一(yi)個穩定的體積(jī)排量，沒有脈動(dong)。由🥵于泵是完全(quan)對稱的，泵可以(yǐ)反轉，液流方向(xiang)也随之📱改變。但(dàn)應注意，泵的轉(zhuan)向可能受到密(mì)封或泵内其它(ta)結構的限制，用(yong)🏃‍♂️戶有反轉要求(qiu)時應在訂貨時(shi)做出說明
    該泵的流量可(ke)根據液體粘度(dù)選擇合适的轉(zhuǎn)速來調整。由于(yu)⭕泵的流量取決(jue)于單轉排量和(he)旋轉速度🔅，單轉(zhuan)排量🙇‍♀️是泵軸旋(xuán)轉360度的體(tǐ)積排量，實際上(shàng)，單轉排量是在(zài)進出口壓差為(wei)零時🏃‍♂️泵轉一周(zhōu)的流量。各種規(gui)格的泵因為幾(ji)何尺寸已定，隻(zhi)有通過改變💋轉(zhuǎn)速來調整流量(liàng)。轉速可由改變(bian)馬達的轉速或(huo)減速機的速比(bi)而改變，也可用(yòng)變速馬達或可(ke)變♉速減速機。

    1、工(gōng)作壓力的選定(dìng)1, select the work pressure
