①螺杆(gan)泵裝配前用(yòng)煤油或者汽(qi)油清洗全部(bu)零件，去掉氧(yǎng)化皮和型砂(sha)🥵。(1) with kerosene or gasoline cleaning all parts before assembly, remove scale and sand.

②将軸承裝在(zài)主動螺杆上(shàng)，并用圓螺母(mǔ)鎖緊。(2) the bearing is installed on the active screw, with a round nut lock.

③将卸壓(yā)套裝在軸承(cheng)體内，再穿入(rù)主動螺杆。

④将(jiāng)泵套裝入泵(bèng)體中。(4) the pump set into the pump body.

⑤将軸承(cheng)體、卸壓套、主(zhǔ)動、從動螺杆(gan)一起裝入泵(bèng)套與泵體中(zhōng)。

(5) the bearing body, unloading, driving and driven screw together into the pump set and pump body.

⑥将主動襯套(tao)、從杆襯套、止(zhǐ)推墊裝入泵(beng)套與主、從螺(luo)杆上。
